Hi everyone. Please forgive me if i posted this in the wrong place. I was added as an authorized user 9/2012. In all that time we have only been late once. December 2014 and I actually paid the account the day the bill cycle was closing and was told i wouldnt recieve a late. However one showed up. I direct disputed earlier this week and their resonse basically said that I was added as an authorized user and they are willing to remove the account from all credit bureaus it resides on if askd
The limit on this card is only $300 but its my oldest account
I do have a capitol one card with a 750 limit and its been opened since 10/2013
So my question is, should i jus ask that first premier be removed? with this being my oldest account, im not sure what kinda damage removing the account would do opposed to keeping it.
I did ask the primary account holder to write a goodwill letter, not sure if itll work or reflect immediately on my credit report if the late is removed from their report.
Any advice is greatly appreciated

I'd remove myself from being an AU and look into adding a couple more cards even if they have to be secured ones.
Thanks so much for the reply. I appreciate the advice
OP, I moved this to "Rebuilding" to help you get more responses.
One thing to bear in mind about FICO scoring is that AAoA is 10% of the score, but payment history is 35%. It is the largest block in your scoring. Improving your payment history would likely offset a dip in AAoA. You will also be affected in the areas of UTIL. What are the posted balances on the two CCs?

I would remove self as AU a derog in an account always overshadows AAoA. As soon as its deleted I would acquire 2 more bankcards to help boost your Fico.
