I would like to get a copy of the letter and eo email PM to me as well.

I finally paid off my charge off and they will not update the status to paid. Even thoug no balance is reporting the charge off status is dragging down my scores and is keeping my from increasing my portfolio and change to upgrade to prime cards.

It will always say Charge off, just paid charge off

Thanks so much I sent an email and provided copies of credit reports with reporting discrepancies and they responded in 3 days with a legal letter saying they're removing from all 3 CRAs. I've been disputing this for years
