If anyone needs assistance, let me know. I sent a 623 letter to them, July 27, about the inaccuracies they were reporting to the credit agencies. Just received an email from Julie Gilson stating the will delete!!!!! Back in May 2016 I sent a goodwill letter and received a generic email saying they will not delete accurate information. I sent a FCRA 623(a)(8)(D) letter to them and a week later they decided to delete my account. I had one late payment but they were reporting inaccuracies to all 3 agencies.
