I have two paid - settled charge offs from 2009. Has anyone had any luck with a good mid level manager with authority to break from "policy"?

i have the email for the CEO but feel that would just go to an Executive Secretary and filed and ignored?

From my personal experience, no. That is also the trend on this forum. However, I read the senior posters who say to keep trying to GW because it only takes one time of working to get what you want. . I personally hate First Premier and I go out of my way to make sure people I advise know about them.
