Thanks so much for this post! I am hoping to somehow get a very old first Premier account removed from my credit as well. I would be enternally gratefull if someone could please message me the contact information so that I can attempt to send a GW letter as well.

Denied!  They advised me to contact the CA, that they do not delete for payment (shocking, lol).  But I am not giving up just yet!!!   I'd be interested to hear if anyone's email to that person was successful.

Just received a response from First Premier that they will not consider my request for a goodwill adjustment for my several lates. I know they are not obligated to do so, but it is quite a bummer. They also said they will not change their minds in the future. Should I remain persistent or would I be wasting my time?
