First Premier Late Payments Goodwill

Has ANYONE had any luck getting First Premier to goodwill late payments? The presref email has gotten me nowhere, Julie has in fact been quite rude.

I have had no luck with them. I"ve went the Goodwill route with First Premier, and I of course got the generic response that they have to report accurate information to the credit bureaus. It was my fault for missing the payment one time, so I sucked it up, closed out my account with them (since I was paying monthly/annual fees and high interest) and learned not to do that anymore.
