First Premier Platinum or Applied Bank Visa Business?

I am done applying for credit I have tons of inq but I need 1 last card I was already approved for $500 Applied Bank Visa Business card with $125 fee billed to account and $9.95 a month to have it.. APR 23.99

Then I was offered a First Premier Platinum Card with a 1 time fee of $175 and a $700 limit 36% APR intro no monthly fee first year then $14.50 a month and $49 annual fee after first year.

I have much better cards but I need a 2nd card for my business and I wanted to know what you would take between these 2. If I go for Premier which I'm already pre-approved by mail I would have to go with another hard pull when I have 33 inquiries just on transunion and the other 2 around the same. After this its to the garden for 1 year. I just got a Lowes Card another hardpull I have 13 cards 11 Personal cards $4k MC Largest limit but not for business I would designate Premier for business use only even though its a personal card,

Does that Applied Bank Business Visa re-build your personal credit as well as business as they say it does like Capital one Spark Visa Classic?

Between the two, its the visa. The Visa has a much lower APR and doesn't have an AF. I've had a bad experience with FP, but YMMV.
