Any one have any recent luck with them deleting a settled/pid C/O?

I have one that is over 5 years old and am hoping for a GW deletion. I know they are a tough nut but any help will be greatly appreciated.

First Premier is a seriously tough job. I have handled 3 cases for a GW deletion. One for myself, one for my niece and the other for her boyfriend. The boyfriend got pretty lucky, sent a mail to FP in earnest for GW delete because the TL was about 6.5 years old and it was holding him up from getting an apartment. The landlords are sharks in ID. My GW deletion request was received by FP but I got a mail a couple of days later stating that if I tried to contact them again on this account, they would sue me for harassment. My niece's thing is still pretty much caught up. She went the way of sending them a GWD request which was of course flatly refused but she turned around and started disputing discrepancies with them. No idea though if this thing will pan out properly or not.

Does any one have the CEO's email address?

I'm already mailing a letter. I hope they'll see how old the account is and decide to delete.

I just settled last year so I'm sure they still have me in the system. I was hoping since it falls off next year they may be willing to delete early.
