So, earlier in the week I sent a GW e-mail to the president/CEO of the lender on some of my SL's (Access Group) requesting a GW deletion of the late payments on my CR. Got a personalized response this morning declining my request, referring generally to "requirements" that reporting to the CRAs can only be amended in cases of mistake.
I'm dissapointed, of course, but not particularly surprised. I intend to keep trying though. Any advice?
