So before being on this forum, I had never touched credit, I was cash free up until the Aug.
Now I have no lates, derogs or anything, but since I only have four months of history, I have no score.
Does anyone have any idea what kind of score I could expect when I do get one?

Utilization is Negative .5%, and is usually about that amount.

For optimal score one card <9%, It's hard to really judge what your score will be because they consider your whole file. The important thing your moving in the right direction. In a year or so of on time payments and low utilization your credit will be awsome.

Even with a thin file and everything positive, I would guess mid to high 600s.
