FICO scores all CCs accounts w/ a balance as "open" regardless of the open/closed status. Closed CCs w/ a balance still factor into CC util. However, it can be a problem to your CC util if it were to ever report $0.
If wanting to fix it, and if I had that, and if continually reported closed month after month, then I'd start by pulling a CR directly from the CRA(s) and would mail FP a photocopy showing that it says closed. Maybe it'll be enough to get their attention. The CRAs are reporting what is provided to them. I'd avoid the CRAs because a dispute might fix it, but then the following moth FP would report it as closed again.
