I sent a letter to eos-cca for the AT&T acct in collections and I received a letter back saying

"our client AT&T placed the above acct with our office on 5/16/12. The acct has since been closed and returned to the client and as such our office will not contact you any further. We have notified the credit bureaus to delete the above acct from their records."

What should I think of this?

Hey guys, quick update, Credit One Bank has removed not only the 30day late from nov 2010 but the whole account from my credit report. The Amex AU account posted to my credit report as well, I am using "freecreditscore" experian told me it pulls my real experian credit score and report. It reports my score as 664 now! from 550 on 10/16/2012. My only thing i need to remove is 1 30day payment from macys and one from bloomingdales.
