Some cards are referred to as flexible spending cards, Chase Freedom is one such card. flexible spending means they will allow you to charge more to the card than it's limit without declining the charge and without penalty the overage must be paid back by the due date which includes the over charge. It does nothing more for your credit rebuild than any other card would do.
