Congrats I am going to court in two months, they are suing me past sol. My state ag is suing them because of their practices.

Good luck Twiggy.  I'm sure you have a good case, otherwise the atty would not have taken it on.    As I said before, I think the important point is to never be in a situation again where events like this can evolve.  I've certainly learned a hard lesson.
