As an update - my credit scores changed....

TU Went down 7 points, and EQ went up 2 points....

Thats great I guess, sorry, I am still brand new at all this, I have read a ton of of post here at MyFico but some of it is still very confusing. I still dont get the importance of utilization. I am only guessing that it is the amount of credit used versus the amount of credit opened. But all this about tradelines, revolving accounts, and prime and sub-prime.....its enough to make me pull my hair out!

Hey Ben, I noticed you are working with midland credit. What options have they given you to pay off your debt?

I have already paid off my debt, they have no need to talk to me anymore, but their simple denial is upsetting me.... 4 months later and i am still fighting with them?

We must stay vigilent with 1) paying our bills on time    and 2) stopping at nothing with GWs, PFDs, and disputes. Last year at this time I had 5 baddies on each credit report. Thanks to 3 GW's and 1 dispute, I'm down to one. Some of the GW's I thought would never happen because the CA's would deny me or ignore me over and over again. But eventually my requests fell into the right persons hands. 

Stay the course Ben! You'll get above 600 soon!

the problem is especially with midland, is that there are only two people that i have EVER spoken with, and that i hear of people speek with...

Bloom and Nguyen.....

both are horrible....
