I GW'd a local CA on 3 paid accounts they have for me. I was very specific in listing the accounts in the GW, it was very clear I was asking for all to be deleted.
2 have been deleted, not the 3rd.
I received a letter from CA saying:
This letter is to confirm ywe investigated your credit-reporting dispute on the above account and have requested it be deleted from your credit report.
Okay #1 - I didn't dispute but whatever. Secondly, the "above account" they are talking about shows 2 account numbers, not 3.
Should I follow up asking about the 3rd or be greatful they did 2 and be quiet?

If I had that I would wait a couple of months before sending a new GW. I probably wouldn't cite the first two.

+1 Let those be removed and make a copy of your CR with those removed. Then after a bit, kindly ask them to delete the 3rd. Good Luck.

Thanks, I think I will wait a bit like suggested. Don't want to push them too hard haha. And for all I know they are deleting the 3rd but it hasn't updated yet? This CA has told me they send files to the CRAs twice a month. So waiting is good I believe.

When did you pay them? I've heard it can take 60days sometimes to post to the CRAs. Who is the CA?

I sent another GW fax yesterday to get the remaining acct off my reports.
They just called and left a message to call them. This didn't happen last time. Last time I just got a letter and it was off my record.
Even though I don't OWE them money I'm still nervous to call LOL.
MY QUESTION is this.....when I call them back, if they say "no we cannot delete" do I thank him and hang up. Or do I say "well you deleted the first 2 I asked you to" and risk them reinserting the first 2 CA tradelines?
HELP!

If I can get this off, I will be CA free on 2 CRs!!!
