I had 2 COs with Chase when I started my rebuild. It took me about 5 months to get them removed. I sent a GW letter about every 2 weeks. Nothing special, just sent it to the address on my CR. They sent me letter after letter of how they couldn't remove. Then one day, they just disappeared from everything.

They deleted 1 PIF CO early last year for me. Requested numerous times to have another removed that I recently PIF - No dice. But it should drop off in July/Aug this year.
I guess I'll step it up and send written requests via snail mail as well as emails...
Get them going. Don't give up. They told me there was absolutely no way they would delete, but they did.
