Minnesota appears to be a non-recourse state.  However, if you are really concerned about this, I would speak to a Real Estate Attorney, and they can answer your questions with more authority than I.


If this is accurate then you won't have a public record resulting from the foreclosure, as they can't sue you for their losses.

Year 2012: All Scores in the 520 range, during a foreclosure, CC Settlement and high UTIL. Very ugly days...
