Forclosure January 2010 is the last time reported by BoA

Status:

Experian shows "Closed"

Equifax shows "120+ past due"

Which one is correct? 

Is there any way to get Equifax to show the status closed instead of showing 120 past due?

Did this come from a 3rd-party CR? If not directly from the CRA, do those reports read any differently? I ask because I had some reporting/formatting errors on my CRs especially when pulled from any of EX's services like FCR, CCT, USAA's version, etc. I always found that if I pulled directly from the CRAs the reporting is much different (and accurate).

Assuming it is showing like that, especially on your EQ FICO report, then, IMO, it's reporting correctly -IF- at some point in time in the past 7-yrs there was a 120-late. Remove the late and the status will change. I know BofA is a pain to deal with.
