Well, I made it 3 years from the Notice of Trustee Sale. When will the FC take a back seat to all the good credit I have? It is the only derrogatory credit I have, it has been sparkling clean ever since. I am only at 680, when I pull my credit it says that serious delinquency is keeping my score down.... that was over 3 years ago!!! How much longer will it be the forefront of my credit report? The other thing that is hurting it is that we have been applying for a home loan, so now we have inquiries just for the house and it is saying there is too many! The lendr has pulled it 3 times since we began building the house in November.
