Can anyone please clarify if a foreclosure will fall of my credit report 7 years after DOFD or 7 years after foreclosure completion date? My DOFD was July 2005 however the completion date was Sept. 2007.

I have a theory, the "lates" will fall off one by one 7 years to the month after it was late and the tradeline could fall off 10 years after it was last reported on your CR.

Is the reported DOFD on EQ 7/2005? Have you looked at the est. drop off dates on TU and EX?

If it lists a DOFD on EQ, then it should be falling off after this month. I agree with llecs, see what the estimated time this will be excluded from your CR on TU and EX.

It has fallen off TU last month. However Experian is showing a fall off date of August 2014.
