Contacted ARS regarding a Medical Collection. Back in 2013 someone used my identify to for a ride in the Ambulance...I resolved that discrepancy back in 2013. Apparently the hospital bill just caught up, and has been reported to the bureaus.
I just spoke with the Original CA, and they confirmed that the Address and Last name doesn't match my info, but my SS and Birthday matches. I was told to fax a Fraud Affidavit form to the office to be reviewed.
This debit totals $1200.00.....I still can't believe that someone would use my indentiy to go to the ER....WOWZERS!
