Fraud Alert from Disputing

So I disputed some accounts that are too old on all three credit bureaus.  TransUnion removed the two accounts, but Experian left them on there and then put a fraud alert on my account.  Why would this be put on there?  I didn't ask them to and I didn't dispute anything as "Not Mine".  Will this hurt my score, how do I remove it?  Thanks.

What you need to do is contact Experian to have it removed. They can't process the request online, but do provide a form to fill out and mail in.
