So Long story short, I opened a Sprint account everything was going great, until I added my friend to my account since he was in need of a phone. Anyhow, I cancelled the account with sprint to which my friend agreed. The account was sent to GC; GC and I had an agreement that they would not post anything on my credit report as long as X amount was paid per month. I finished paying my portion, My friend however, didn't pay his and then I recieved notice for non-payment. I checked my credit score and it dropped 68 points. Is there anything that I can do, I have called them and tried to see if there is anyway to sign the debt over. My friend agreed to the fact that he will take the debt since it is his.
