I have been disputing this for over a year now and everytime i do they just report another late to my EQ report. i had a gap account and paid it off about 3 years ago and i have been trying to get them to report it as paid and closed and they refuse to. i sent EQ a letter from the Collection agency and i got the results and they left it on all the lates from the past year even though it was never late this past year and was CLOSED AND PAID. what should i do?

So this is a paid closed account from 3 years ago and they are adding monthly lates to it? Is it show a $0 balance?
