SOLVED: GE Money Bank Says They Don't Have to Verify!

Thanks to all who helped. You are all godsends. I wanted to write with the success in this situation.

In brief, the OC (GEMB/Mervyn's) was reporting, and CA1 (LVNV/Resurgent) was also reporting:

1) Debt wasn't mine. Asked OC to investigate, OC says they have no evidence (no contract, no nothing), but they think the debt is mine.

2) DVd CA (LVNV, who was reporting), no response.

3) Disputed via CRAs, OC verifies, CA1 verifies, in violation of the DV I'd just sent them.

4) OC letter sent, OC sends me some invoices, with nothing else...no letter, nothing.

5) CA (LVNV) gets another CA. CA2 (Weltman Weinberg Reis). WWR hard pulls my CR. CA2 was not reporting.

6) DV Weltman. Send Non PP letter to Weltman about hard pulls. No response.

7) 2nd DV letter sent to CA1 & CA2. No response.

8) Sent ITS letter to OC, CA1 & CA2. Found a NACA lawyer and told him to get ready to sue.

9) Disputed via CRAs, telling them I've attempted DV.

10) Experian deletes!

11) Equifax deletes!

12) TU deletes!

13) I have to wait until Thanksgiving to pull my FICOs...been spending too much money on that.

I'm hoping 2009 will mean 700 club. I began 2008 with no CCs, low scores, and no idea what to do. Now I've rehabbed my student loans, and been able to remove most unjust baddies. I have one small unpaid HIPPAA left to work on, and one judgment to at least update as paid, if not try to GW off. And my very last baddie (old legit major CC chargeoff that I haven't touched b/c still within SOL) will be so lonely after that!!
