GE Retail CO and 2 CA

I have a GE Retail (JC PENNEY) chargeoff.  It was sent to Calvary SPV first and was put on my credit report. Then I guess Calvary sold to Financial Recovery Services and now are reporting it also.  If I'm going to try to negotiate a payment who would I go through?  If I can get a settlement as paid in full and hopefully a delete, then would the other CA have to delete as well?

Send a DV to both. The response from that should help you identify who currently owns the debt and then you will know who to deal with .
