Good news!

 

My wife just got a call today from their credit review department letting us know that they received our request, and we should have a decision within 10 days. I know it's not a confirmation that anything will actually be resolved/removed, but we're thrilled to know that our e-mail made it to the right place.

 

Will post back regarding success/failure with this particular GW.
