Just got a call from GEMB about my account....(they did respond to GW) they stated that CitiFinanical had my account mostly when the 30, 60, 90 day late occured and that I would have to take action with them. They will look at records to see if I was late since they took over and would consider any actions. Does anyone have contact info with CitiFinanical???? Has anyone been thru something "like" this before. Any advice would be helpful. Thx
