I think I may have recently had success with GEMB Old Navy. I had an account that was closed and PIF in 2006 but had 150+ late. I wrote them and asked that the reporting be adjusted or the account be removed. After 6 letters, it has disappeared from EQ, but not sure if its officially deleted, and TU and EX are still reporting. I got GEMB/Banana Republic to remove a 90 late from TU and EQ also (they left the 60 late and EX has not changed at all). Better than nothing I guess!

I wrote to "GEMB/Banana Republic" and "GEMB/Old Navy" and mailed to the same address because both accounts showed up on my CR as the same P.O. Box in El Paso TX.
