I am new to the forums and I was hoping to get your help. I am trying to write a goodwill letter to Orchard Bank to remove a single 30 day late payment from 2008. Since Capital One has taken over, should I write my goodwill letter to Orchard Bank or Capital One? Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
