Failed for us as well. They quickly sent me an email back from the presidential email  stating we issue these cards to less than perfect credit Americans.. WTH? What does that have to do with my PIF? I even offered to pay double the amount just to delete it and they said here are the two agencies who have your account, work with them. Both companies said NO PFD.   Also they reminded me one of my cards was only open for a month and only has their yearly fee on there of 187 of a 200.00 limit, which I cancelled once I got the card.  So I will just wait until we are ready for the home loan process before I pay them

I could really use this info as well. I paid my chargeoff in full earlier this year, and they told me on the phone that it is their policy not to delete. I'm not going to give up.
