It is true that no CA deletes information, but that is the point of GW letters. I have an account with FP and they keep factoring off the amount in my utilization which is causing my score to tank. I offerd to pay in full and thy refued saying all they could do is update the account as CO-Paid in Full.

May I please have the information that everyone else is reequesting too?

Hello, Could someone please send me the email addresses for the people at First Premier?

I had a charge off with the them of $379 that I willingly paid in full earlier this year. I would like to get this removed from my report as I am very very close to having no negatives left.
