I'll admit that I had become a thorn in First Premiers side. I emailled them every other day until I got a response and the action I wanted. The way I see it I've paid them and resolved my debt and they still want to hold it over my head so if I'm going to be at their mercy they may as well feel my wrath!!! lol I guess they gave in and decided it was better to do what I wanted then to get innundated with my emails. Oh and I would send them from 4 different accounts too.
