GW Letter to Capital One Credit Card

Hi there,

I'm looking for an address to send a GW letter to Capital One for a credit card that I late paid (60 days). I have a 20 year history of on-time payments with Capital One, but was unemployed for 6 months after the sudden loss of my significant other last year. Does anyone have an address I can send to, and has anyone had success with GW letters on late pays with CapOne?
