I am hoping to write a GW letter to the office of the CEO of Citibank, in regard to two 30-day lates that I have from mid-2012. This was in regard to a HELOC loan, which is not completely paid off on good terms. Would anyone be able to PM me (I assume that is the only way to we are allowed to do it here) the snail-mail address or e-mail address that is best to use? Anyone have any experience with Citibank GW letters?
