GW Letter to FedLoan Servicing

Hi, I'm new to myFICO. I definitely enjoy reading some of the post in this community forum. I had a late payment for one of my student loan with FedLoan Servicing back in 2011. It was a huge mistake with all my student loans being transferred around. Can someone please help me with the process of wrtiing a goodwill letter in hope that they remove it from my credit report.
