I've started my GW campaign to remove 1 30d late from Cap1 & 1 from HSBC(Cap1) on my active cards, as well as an old, paid CO for each from 2009. So far, the phone calls have ended up with 'no-go' letters, as have the email/faxes. I'm now going to start a once-a-wk snail mail letter campaign. For the cap1, I've combined the request for the removal of the late and CO in one letter and have done the same for HSBC, using diff PO Box eventhough they both now go to Cap1. Any advice? I tried the email to the Cap1 EO and have not recvd determination yet but I don't think it looks promising. Any advice re frequency or methods would be appreciated! Thanks All!
