I have an old student loan TL on all 3 reports. It was late one time, in 09/2006. On both EQ and EX it is appearing as a potentially negative item. I'm conflicted between asking for the GW since it's being considered a negative - or leaving it alone since it's so old and will be gone in under a year anyway. Advice?

My opinion? Leave it. It's not hurting anything. It's a minor derog that lost it's sting years ago. It will fall off in a few months., Lates stay on for 7 years from their respective dates, there is no +180 days for them. This is a positive TL that's old and adding to your AAoA. You'd risk the chance of having the TL deleted.

Thanks for the input! I think I'll let it sit for the time being, and keep working on the more damaging stuff!
