GW Question

I have a $35 collection for a medical co-pay that was not made. The OC sent it to a CA and neither would do a PFD and the OC would not pull it from the CA. I sent payment to the CA on Friday. At what point should I start firing off the GW letters? Thank You.

Re: GW Question

Additionally, if paid through the debt collector, it will take some time for them to notify the OC of satisfaction of the debt.

You can send a GW to the debt collector after payment clears, but I would hold off a bit longer in sending a GW to the OC pertaining to their reporting.
