I'm sure this is posted elsewhere but I couldn't find it. This is mainly for clarity but if you have a card that was paid on time, then you let it go then it reported such as the folliowing: 30 days late, 60 days late, 90 days late, 120 days late, 150 days late, 180 days late, they would need to delete all of the days late for it to positively affect your credit score correct?
30 and 60 day lates are minor and really stop impacting your score after 2 years. 90+ are major derogatories and though they hurt less with time will still impact your score for 7 years.
It probably would not help your score to only have the 180 day late removed and not all the way down to the 90.
