GW Success - Coast 2 Coast (Finally)

I love this elegantly simple letter that I just received (I edited out various identifying info).  This collection was my most recent (Feb 2011) and now I only have 1 left on my reports.  Its a 2007 Cox cable that Im fighting with CRA's right now.  This one was a major pain.  After thinking it was going to be an easy one, the OC made me jump through so many hoops.  After 3 weeks of constant calling and pleading, I received this from the CA today.

(Still doing the happy dance from last week but doing it with even more vigor!!!!)

I know that I'm coming in a little late on this post but congrats!

There is a $100 collection account from Coast 2 Coast on my report and its not set to fall off until 2018.

I would like to have this DELETED but i'm not sure how to approach it... should i first pay the OC and then GW the CA to remove it?  Could you please let me know what process you took and what you think I should do?
