Since October 2013, I sent over 20 e-mail messages, 20 letters, and at least 10 telephone calls to Fair Collections and Outsourcing. Last week, I decided to call and ask for a goodwill removal of the paid collections (1 from 2011 and 1 from 2012)...I spoke to two people and asked to speak to a manager...they said he would call me back. They both said it wasn't their policy to remove TL from credit reports. I called on Monday and again yesterday....I finally got in touch with the manager; left him a message, he called right back and said he would have to look into it. After 15 more minutes, he said he would have BOTH TL removed and send me a deletion letter.
I got a score alert today.....BOTH collections were removed and my score jumped from 693 to 711!!!!!!!! Happy dancing in my seat. So thankful for myFico family!!!!
