Just received a GW acceptance letter from an OC (Patient First)-- after letters and e-mails back and forth for the last 2 months (I PIF 4 months ago, but its been in Collection for 2 years). Denied Denied Denied Denied... but then, Finally!!
I just received an email back : "in the spirit of the holidays...." YAY! Hooray.
