GW To remove multiple late payments on charged off account?

Hey guys,

So I'm VERY new to the whole credit thing. I made a lot of mistakes after high school and in college that I'm still paying for. A big one is my Wells Fargo Student CC. I have a balance of $830. It's charged off but not yet sold to a CA. I've ecently started making payments online through Wells Fargo. 

My question is:

Once this is paid in full (probably by February/March 2016), can I do a GW to remove late payments or to remove from credit report entirely?

Either GW or request a PFD and take the hit of no credit. 

Youre lucky it wasn't sold to a collector!
