I did a search for Union Bank before I sent the GW and found nothing so I'm posting my results. I had a checking acct years ago that I cancelled almost right away. They took 2 days to post an ATM deposit which resulted in NSF's. They waived half the fees and I paid the other half and closed the account immediately. Since I paid & closed it never went to a CA but it has been on my credit since 2008 as "settled". I mailed them a GW letter and boom, with a week they replied that they are deleting the TL!
