Citibank 

HSBC

 

 

Also, I don't have the full account numbers, what do I provide instead? Social? DOB?

Just your name, address, and partial account number should suffice in an email.  I would start hitting Google for executive email addresses, or executive customer relations, etc.  Also try a search for who has had success and try PMing them if it was recent.

Interesting. Just sent letters to HSBC address listed on CR. Is it going to come back to me? Or will Capital one be the company to respond?
