GW for CH 7 BK

I have a friend who filed chapter 7 bk 9 yrs ago.  Following legal advice, they cancelled it, but it remained on their credit up until now

She's now attempting to get it removed.  It's set to fall off in 3 months, but would like to gw it and have it removed sooner. 

Is there a sample GW letter for removing this?

I don't think so...that us a public record...that should be the lawyers duty...but 3 months is not long...probably do better waiting it out...
