GW for a Wachovia (now Wells Fargo) Checking Account

Millie did you send Wachovia a GW letter to remove or did they do it on their own?  The RJM has already been removed but no Wachovia.

Wachovia did it automatically.  I should also say I had the CR's verify the debt with Wachovia.  I am not sure if that removed it, or it just came off when I paid it.  It all happened at the same time.  Either way Wachovia removed their entry on all 3 CR's.  I never sent a GW letter.

Why did you do a debt validation w/Wachovia, just to see if it would come off?  I haven't pulled my dh's report in a few weeks, so I will do that this week to see if by chance it has fallen off.
