My DH has an acct on his CRs that he paid after Charged off. He paid is in Sept of 2007 (before we found myFICO). The acct shows paid on all 3 CRs BUT it has
18: 90+ lates
1: 60 days late
1: 30 days late
Total of 20 lates (his EX has 43 overall)
I sent a GW in Oct, Dec, and last week (Jan). No response as of yet. I'm thinking of sending one letter a week until they go crazy.
Has that worked for anyone?
